honest question, would you rather just never have this person learn to use bitcoin at all? convenience and simplicity are not dumb per se, everything is a tradeoff.
I would never promote Apple, and specially iCloud backups, to newbies.
And majority of Bitcoin influencers who've been in this space for years are still using Apple crap somehow.
Understood. What I am proposing is that we find ways to separate the usage of Apple products, and the people who choose to use them, from the properties which make Bitcoin so valuable in the first place.
