yeah, you can make all of them share the same home. they use the same unix filesystem user ID number (usually 1000 i think). you also can install a lot of apps that live in your home directory, snaps and appimages and flatpak all live in your home directory. be sure to configure `~/.local/bin` as the first field in the path, in case you happen to build anything using rust or go or whatever, the binaries will be placed there and accessible via the shell
