Always will be. The question is how can someone being harassed might filter what they see on their end alone.
Block is not enough?

We dont have block in Nostr. We have mute which is different. Block implies they can’t post in replies or mention someone.
Iirc nos has much more tools for filtering. In your opinion, would they have worked for Roya if she used nos?

There are going to be woke bubble enclaves in nostr who do and say all of the bizarre woke cult things. Because it is their right, and it should be protected.
What I appreciate about Rabble’s attempt to bring the Berkeley flavor far left woke cult into nostr, is that he is doing it in a voluntary way. Wokies can subscribe to the woke bubble protector bot, and call everyone outside the bubble a fascist to their hearts content. THEY make the choice. Not a Zuckerberg, or a Federally funded NGO. Everyone’s rights are honored.
You retain the freedom to post extremely hyperbolic Pepe memes, they get to live in a bubble where everyone outside is a racist climate denier. It’s a tribalism win win.
