about who their customer would be.

Zillow is my one of my fav apps. I just go into the price history and it’s always morons that bought within the last 2-3 years.
I wish Zillow allowed comments and replies.
The 2008 housing crisis didn’t have social media in general like today. A lot of content is incoming
They have big mortgages to pay, can’t sell (underwater), can’t rent (no customers), not a good position to be in. This explains the radio silence on this asset class from the big shots
Anyone who thinks real estate is passive income hasn’t owned any
Its a massive shitcoin filled with ever increasing property taxes and tenets who destroy the property without paying rent on time
It’s just funny how they all clearly fell for the “you can always rent it out bro” mantra. Apparently not as they sit waiting for their imminent fate.
So fking true, still got some with the family, which they don’t want to sell. The lies I hear form tenants is unreal 😭
The key with these underwater high end houses is there are no tenants 😂 I saved dozens of houses that were bought at the top and they are asking rents that they can’t fill. Hopefully they are boomers. I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if I were them. What a nightmare for them. Can’t wait
