Nope. Everyday all day glasses
I still wear some glasses occasionally for reading / tv at night
My dad told me about an exercise where he focused on things to the far left and right which improved his vision and enabled him to pass the number plate test. Worked on his eyes for 3 months to pass!

Things like that work
Why?
Because your eyes are muscles, they like working out, and improve due to it
