Men who are in fact Men take challenges and healthy negative reinforcement as means to challenge themselves, face obstacles and overcome difficulties or moving mountains and carrying the cross and not drowning themselves in a pool of tiers and inertia when serious difficulties arise.

Positive reinforcement is good for children and females but on men make us weak when some serious challenges arise.

And I am not saying to not give good reinforcement. Just saying negative also has its utility specially on creating Tough Men into adulthood.
