apologies... pretty much correct about the first part regarding exemption, with caveat, and second claim is one way to go about it yet not the most practical... nor is it necessary when the actual law is grokked.

the caveat is WHO is liable in the first place and this can be found quite easily in the material and 15 min high octane podcast I linked to...

even a cursory familiarity with the issue is enough to prove such idiocy unfounded but you are too comfortable to even get that far...

finally its not a financial calculation - its a matter of Law and lies and whether you want to be a part of that doomed trajectory or grow a fucking pair and make a stand and sacrifice for your progeny...
