Responding with low vibes is signalling to others about one's own suffering.

What one does about that is up to them.

We can always try to heal and find better ways to responding.

I leave it all to the universe.

But I have not always been like this. It is a learning process. I use to get mad and give a piece of my mind and sharp tongue. Lol But we gain nothing with that, we just endure the suffering of the other and make us look immature and insecure, which I was.

I am learning patience and grace, as we talk.
