You ever go to a gym or rec center and see old people working on the weight lifting machines?

I used to think, “oh that’s cute.”

But those people know something vital about longevity. Maybe the wisest people in the gym, on average.

Resistance/strength training is the best form of exercise. Even if its just body weight resistance, no equipment needed.

Yeah. I used to go there at 6AM, my gym had senior discount. All grandmas there. I had to take down weights from machines after them and they loaded up after me. Seriously small fatty grandmas, not some ripped 50yo chicks. It was terrible 😂
