I'm trying to study from my dystopian digital textbook that disappears from my clutches 18 months from now, but I can't,, because they are having server problems or whatever. "You will own nothing, and be stupid."

Screen shot it or if you can't copy the text install Windows power toys which has a text copier which can take text from screenshots of whatever is on your screen
