You can cover it by going to nostrgram.co then visit your profile, then visit your following list, and then choose a restore date.

We are starting this open protocol, we can't compete with a centralize platforms with thousands of engineers.

For a polished experience it usually takes 1-2 years of development.

it's happened to me. It will come back. Try going to your profile and resaving or adding like one more relay and they should come back.
