How come there’s only about 19m BTC out there currently but it seems like it’s everywhere. ETF filings galore now. Where are they going to get the reserves to cover demand?

It’s all just so confusing. We’ve never had anything truly scarce so I keep thinking they’re just going to create or find more until I realize they can’t.
