This pic is in a short-term rental, so I am using their equipment

And nostr:nprofile1qqsfdjrhvhvspvtf7h7a30qeh7tmmrrdzcllg94gn4zuhd72cjxfgvcpr9mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnrdakjuct49uqsuamnwvaz7tmwdaejumr0dshslm2xl5 bang on, it’s an induction, which frankly caused a bunch of headaches and had to be fixed

In our new place, we’re keeping the gas (any newbuild in Melbourne is not allowed to instal gas “for the environment…”) and I love slowly heating a cast iron to then sear a steak, best way to do it

Non-stick pans are classic that. Short term gain (easier to cook with), long term pain (you get sick from the odours, chemicals, and slowly poisoned)
