Anyone here ever do a #fast but instead of water, you only have raw milk? Would that still count as a “fast” ?

I think fasting is the absence of calorie intact.

Some do it raw milk only or bone broth only. Not really a fast tho, it’s more of a no solids diet or a cleansing diet type of thing

You will break your fast less with raw milk, I find it doesn't trigger hunger very much and enables you to push a main meal out further where as you might stop entirely otherwise. Listen to your body 🤙 Raw milk is boss

Pretty sure you wouldn't hit ketosis drinking milk all day
