True, and obviously things that exist today are far more developed and sinister than Silk Road. At the time however, he was the biggest head honcho for "illegal online activities" and a bust like that set precedent for others to be arrested.

I'm not against him being pardoned, he served his time for what he did imo, the sentence was way to harsh, but again, precedent. Hopefully Trump sticks to his word.
