It will allow damus to create bolt11 invoices on your behalf. Damus can already do this via the alby lnurl though, so im not sure what the point of it is.
What does allowing Damus to create invoices on my behalf to? (Alby NWC configuration screen)I usually leave this unchecked, and everything seems to work fine.
