Don't take seed oils lightly!

Potential harms:

1. High in omega-6 PUFAs (especially linoleic acid)

Contribute to chronic inflammation (omega-6/3 ratio is unbalanced).

2. Highly processed

Refined using heat, chemicals (hexane), and deodorized — create oxidized lipids.

3. Linked to metabolic issues (in excess)

High omega-6 intake leads to obesity, insulin resistance, and heart disease.

4. Unstable when heated

Susceptible to oxidation at high temps, creating toxic compounds (e.g., aldehydes).
