You have never worked food service in a state where they can legally pay you under minimum wage and you don’t get a paycheck. Also that waiter has to tip out the host, the bar, the busser and the food runner. So without the tip they could even be in the hole for serving you. Thanks and tip your waitstaff.

Food service is flawed too. They should get enough salary in my opinion.
How will this change?
If I tip them, I think, I support a broken system. If being a waiter does not worth it, there should be low supply for them, so restaurants and places are forced to change.
Or what do you think, how do we end that they dont get enough salary?
Places are only forced to change, if they have no choice. If their is always someone who they can take advantage off, they will. Which is really sad.
