Namely the incription trolls, and the soft for drivechain deragement syndrome. Before that there was the "block size" war, which really was a governance war. And before that the foundation and Gavin, who were slowed down by the BIPs and other things. I think bitcoin is in quite good shape, but complacency should not be a word in our lexicon.
