Não é de uma pessoa ou de um rei.

Mas de um sistema.

Tipo como é na China (mas sem as coisas úteis que tem lá).

Não há um rosto, um líder, mas sim uma casta injusta e que ocupa o lugar de uma elite natural.

Então acaba sendo uma tirania.
