Quick rant: if our government actually gave a fuck about your health, they would subsidize cheap things like genetic methylation tests and genetic allergy testing. I have to say this changed my life for the better. Not knowing low level to high level allergies is a huge contributor to your long-term health. These tests give you a good fundamental understanding and can cost as little as a couple hundred dollars.
