You know, if you simplify. You can read the answer like this:

1. yes it's all true.

2. don't care/deal with it.

If, when challenged for using spyware, your response is:

"We don’t do anything which which is going to come at odds with US law"

Then, you really do not get what privacy it, and really do not understand tyranny at all.
