The philosophy of the question is more deeply rooted in Bitcoin than NOSTR, but NOSTR follows the same philosophy.

Short indirect answer, if you still believe the government is valid and that Edward Snowden, Julian Assange and Satoshi Nakamoto are criminals, then perhaps you should do more research into Bitcoin.

If you complete at least 2 years of research into Bitcoin and you still want to ask the above question, then perhaps Bitcoin and NOSTR are not for you.

I think I was not well understood. It is not about my beliefs, but about the law. How do you control what is broadcasted from your relay and not get yourself into legal trouble, for example, if someone uses your relay to post notes with criminal content, in the context of the law. This question has nothing tondo with beliefs, but with avoiding going to jail due to 3rd party behaviour. Thanks
