Actually raw milk kinda fucked me up this week.
Got raw kefir too
And made raw ice cream with maple syrup, felt not so great after eating it.
Said I'll stay away from all kinds of dairy for a while. Like I said it's emotional eating...not just a sweet tooth thing. ππugh
