You'll need to find channel partners and get channels opened. You can find channel partners on amboss.space, lightningnetwork.plus, in the Nodestrich telegram group, or just asking on Nostr. You can pay for inbound liquidity or join swaps (people open to you and you open to someone else). You'll want to open a large channel to people or nodes that you feel you'll transact with often. I personally like to open channels with plebs and large nodes, a mixture of both.
