
I think this belongs on a menu in a resturant. Golden Oyster Mushrooms with Lardons of my home made jalapeno bacon. Bacon in the pan till half crisp. Add shrooms and hit with S&P, dash of fish sauce, onion powder, splash of sesame oil and a bit of 5 spice. Simmer off a few oz. of chicken stock at the end, reduce till almost gone.
Remove and soft fry an egg, basting with bacon grease. Top hash with egg and dress with a little Calabrian chili oil. This is so good my mouth is still happy. Golden Oysters hit different first time I ever had them, I think I am in love.
