Can you help me fixing this code in C? I want the histogram to be aligned and I’m going mad trying to adjust it.

Add spaces to the end of your format string on line 21 and you should be good.
It's jamming everything together because you haven't told it to do anything differently.
The reason you got spaces and reasonable alignments for the first two colums is because of your the options in you format string.
