If you tell the truth, you are made out to be crazy person or someone that is hard to work with because you always tell the truth.

It's true
Yup they only want to hear “their truth” anything beyond that is a lie.
Hopefully they will eventually understand the lies we tell ourselves are the most harmful.
Hopefully it will be before it is too late.
