It can alienate potential users who are interested in Alby but don’t have an invite. This can lead to frustration, resentment, and negative word-of-mouth. It can also reduce the app’s reach and visibility. It will eventually create a homogeneous user base which will create non segmentation, masses with same preferences. Not good. You will eventually start to receive same feedbacks over and over again. This would lead to lack of innovation and lack problem solving. Thats what I think.
