Agreed. Lightning will revolutionize small payments. Especially once Lightning is ultra integrated into every single product and service we interact with and only a single tap of a button away.

I think eventually 99.9% of all transactions will be on lightning, base chain will only be used for multi million dollar transactions and layer two settlements.

I don’t know where the line between on chain and Lightning transactions will be, but one things for certain. In a few short years sending money with Lightning is far easier than the fiat system that’s been developed for decades by multi billion dollar companies. I’ve been using Lightning so much with Nostr I’d almost forgotten how horrible the fiat system truly is.
