i'm a big fan of this type of cat... it's female btw, you can tell because of the smaller head but also this pattern is a variant of tortoiseshell and male cats don't inherit this patterning (very occasionally you get female ginger cats too, i knew one, but they are very rare)

the first cat i ever owned got squashed by sleeping on top of the wheel, little black and white kitten... cars and cats... if you got cats around, don't just start up and roll, let the cat have some time to realise the car is running and scoot
mostly they learn to wake up at the sound of the door closing on the car but sometimes they are super sleepy and then they do like this one and scoot when you put the car in gear or something
