It is always important to question anything that the big influencers/youtubers say. A few are genuine but many will just say whatever is going to make them the most money either through whoever will pay them the most or whatever controversial opinion is going to get them the most views.
And agreed, young people get drawn in to the military through propaganda that glamourises it, thinking they are doing something important for their country, but the realities of war are very different.
