#gm today after the caffeine has been extirpated from my residence, i am on my proper first full day of no caffeine

i may get a headache at some point i guess

after cutting back and then having a few too many i'm definitely totally put off by it, by how it makes me feel and behave

also in other news, i have learned that Swagger 2 is much more sane than OpenAPI 3, which is completely retarded - always suspect odd version numbers, as they say, except kernel 5, that was more stable than 6

Well definitely stay away from Aspirin because they put caffeine in it for this exact type of headache. 3 days / then you should be over it. That being said it will affect everyone differently. The might not get a headache but might be tired, etc instead 👀

yeah, i think that because i was so badly abusing it this is actually an improvement

the probably worst symtom seemed to be due to dehydration straining my kidneys

last week i just kinda went off it, just didn't feel like it and i was actually funcitoning better

then when i did what was a normal routine until last week it was like a bad trip on some shit drugs lol

i'm just over it
