Each time it trades hands the issuer get 1%, checks it against its database, destroys that copy and reissues a new one.

You can copy as many as you want but only one occurrence will be honored.

It can move around and used like electronic cash, trade back to cash, etc...

Can be hidden in photos, music, text files.

Can be emailed.

Just an encrypted file with a encryption key, and a value stored in it.

No mining required. Just like a multiuse money order. It's value is from the cash used to purchase it. A vehicle to move money.

Could be issued by any bank on receipt of cash.

No records need to be kept outside of the bank. No identification needed to buy or sell.

Needs the bugs worked out and run with it.
