I have these conversations with people. Smart people and they arent focussed on it. Some because its never ben pointed out and they are interested to learn and others that simply think your crazy for mentioning it. The later are sheep the former might be saved.

Agreed. Most of the people I talk to have just never even considered *why* homes/stocks/food/etc. continue going “up”
