Well ackahually… there is a NIP that relays can support that enables note deletion. BUT:

- It is up to relays to implement the NIP.

- It is up to relays to honor each deletion request.

- It is up to clients to provide a delete UX.

- Even if everything goes perfectly, clients may have already received the deleted note and fail to retrieve the deletion event.
