If you need a map of Brazil's boundaries, with states and municipalities, I know it's available on the IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics) website: https://www.ibge.gov.br/geociencias/organizacao-do-territorio/malhas-territoriais.html . I've worked a lot with this data to make maps👍
