Like an 8 - 10 oz beef filet mignon but more tender and just a really excellent flavor. It had some type of glaze sauce on it... Not sure how much of the credit should go to it being ostrich and how much should go to a great chef nailing the combination of ingredients and perfectly cooking the meat
