I have a tech-illiterate friend who is a #Bitcoin er and I got him setup with Sparrow and a ColdCard last year.

He called me today and said that when he checked his Sparrow that all the tx labels he had given his UTXO’s were gone. I don’t understand how that could’ve happened, any ideas?
