Perhaps---but IMHO if you can afford a cold wallet, you can afford to run a node...and you should.

No excuses other than "letting soemone else do it"....Umbrel makes it just clicking a few buttons (same with setting up a Raspberry Pi)

If you can install an app on your phone, you can run an Umbrel node. Makes no sense to me to trumpet "self sovereignty" and not run a node.

All hat and no cattle...

Maybe, but I also think it's a commentary on modern society--all too many are "comfortable" letting "someone else do it"....
