KYC is shit. You are lucky that they didn't accept your application.

Build you company on solid ground outside of walled gardens (prisons).

If your company needs access to fiat then Bisq is a great way or RetoSwap if you are into Monero.

If you use any privacy tech like email aliases or VoIP phone numbers you will get flagged by some companies KYC.

The fun part is, you gave them other into too. So now they flagged the entire identity and you can't even go back and do it the way they want to get approved.

I keep a gmail and real sim number around for KYC then change the info after I get in. Never had a problem yet except some places will send marketing to both emails.

I’m sorry dude.

Same thing happened to me several years ago and I got the exact same email.

My suspiscion was my using a email alias got me flagged.
