I'm not going to be anywhere I can make tea tonight, I don't know when I'll have the energy to make tea if Digit isn't safe, everything I could do other than continue trying to hurt this 50k follower user that said "Digit is ded" would feel worse than continuing to try to hurt that person

There are literally 24 users on nostr there are no 50k follower accounts.

It's just an unfunny account. Block, move on.

There is no moving on. There is just not knowing if Digit is safe. If she is alive you can help by caring and putting pressure on those who do not care. If she is not, I'm an internet stranger you have to try not to care about because there's nothing to do for me.
