No. We are not. Not yet, at least not in the US.

Yeah, $100 bills. Plus BTC and monero to some extent.

Bitcoin is to trackable to be trusted in my opinion for privacy unless you really know wtf your doing at this time.

Cash, monero, some shiny metal rock & gemstones.
