A quick note on encryption rights and private money.
Have you ever heard of the Jefferson Cypher? It was pretty cool. America’s founding fathers were huge users of and innovators in the field of encryption. They correctly understood encryption is part of free speech.
They also communicated financial transfers via speech on pieces of paper known at the time as Cheques. These cheques were often associated with private banking organizations. When privacy was needed, these technologies were used in tandem.
What’s the big takeaway? Never let them try and make Bitcoin illegal because it uses encryption and/or that it is a private form of money. The founding fathers want you to stand up for your freedoms and defend your right to conduct your affairs using encryption and private money. They literally died for your right to Bitcoin.
Even if you are not an American, these rights belong to all people. All you have to do is exercise them and refuse to be stopped by any form of tyranny that would attempt to stop us. I will always be by your side if your heart yearns to be free.
We will win. And have a great time doing it.
