Guys I am still with you!

Day 8 of the #proofofwork and #blocksport challenge!

One block every 10 min and for each block 1 push up, 1 crunch and 1 squat!

βœ… 144 Push-ups

βœ… 144 Squats

βœ… 144 Crunches

In one week there will be the next difficulty adjustment in the blockchain!

I did my workout also yesterday but I was to lazy to post something!

I think my body improved already and I can see changes! Feels good though! I am thinking to continue the challenge but do the push ups just every second day so training will be more efficient with some recovery.

On the other day I want to do something for my Bizeps.. Maybe pull-ups? For sure it want be 144! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
