I would strongly disagree on a "social contract". Here in German the exact wording is used in schools remind pupils, that there is a higher morality for all things to come.
And I would disagree in the word capitalism ("crony capitalism"). As our money is the opposite of a capitalist money. In fact its design is exactly the one that is described in Karl Marx "Communist Manifesto". So there is no capitalism. I would agree on crypto-communism.
And I think in the long term even minarist states would tend to become the same that we have now.
But I totally agree that we need libertarians in every field of governance and politics even though they probably would have to "soften" their agenda for a sustainable and slow change. People don't like to be pushed out of their comfort zone.
