People ideologically opposed to fiat still need to buy groceries. I'm sure the companies who sell gift cards for sats need to sell the sats for fiat to buy gift cards.

That doesn't make any sense.. Why aren't they net savers? People bought bitcoin to buy gift cards.

Only thing I can think of are miners and whales on retirement.
