Replying to Avatar unknown

Talking about UTXOs consolidation. Does anybody know if it's possible to create a transaction in Sparrow Wallet (online watch only), sign it in Electrum Wallet (offline), for example, and than broadcast it from any of those wallets?

Not sure, but I believe a watch only wallet has only public keys, not private keys, and so can only generate and look up balances of receiving addresses, and thus cannot sign and thus cannot spend.
