In their page you put your LNAddress from any wallet and they will forward any payment to user@nostrplebs.com to it

It means that your verified handle also works as Lightning address. The good thing is that you can then change wallets etc, just go to their page and update there.. people will continue to use nostrplebs as your address

I tested mine nico@nostrplebs.com and is correctly forwarding to Wallet of Satoshi
