We have a glut of tomatoes right now 😂
We didn't win anything for them at the local show, so I enclose the post of my prize winning apples 😂
i like them apples.
what variety are they? i’m something of an apple connoisseur - my twins are basically made of apples and toast ( because that’s all that I could eat when I was pregnant with them).
I don't know, we inherited the orchard with the house, they are eaters, that's all I can tell you.
We made dam fine cider tho, we use two thirds of our eaters and one third of of our cookers as a rough mix.
One a year the whole village comes over and we spend a couple of hours drinking tea and eating cake while around 8 of us make the cider.
Then in the summer we hold a solstice party and drink it 😂
